The calendar is a chart displaying the number of days, weeks, and months of a year, showcasing any event that may occur during a particular day.

The player arrives to Sandrock on the first day of Summer, Year 1 (Peach Year 98).

Peach calendar[]

The Peach calendar was established after Peach ended the world's everlasting darkness. When referring to a point in the Peach calendar, the format is Peach Year #.

Timeline[]

Year 0: Peach ended the Age of Darkness.^[1]
Year 18: Settlers from what is current day Ethea migrated south, starting the formation of the Alliance of Free Cities.^[2]
Year 27: A caravan crossing the Eufaula Desert had stopped at an oasis overnight. Martle, a young woman from the caravan, was fascinated by the environment and decided to stay. Martle built Hotel Sandrock for weary travelers crossing the desert, thus establishing the city-state of Sandrock.^[3]
Year 31: The Alliance of Free Cities was formalized after the Empire of Duvos sought its resources, conquering Baja, Arcadia, and Mobius within two years.^[2]
Year 32: A mining company surveyed Sandrock's environment and discovered an Old World metropolis, initiating the "gold rush".^[3]
Year 34: The Alliance of Free Cities Treaty was officially signed, with Atara serving as the capital.^[2]
Year 42: Atara and Highwind invested in a trans-desert railroad, called the Atara-Highwind Railway, that could deliver Sandrock's resources across the Free Cities.^[3]
Year 68: The city-state of Doss was destroyed by an enormous creature from the Peripheries.^[2]
Year 76: The Empire of Duvos and the Alliance of Free Cities fought another war, ending in a stalemate as a result from the assistance of Vega 5's, one of the Alliance members, technological advancement.^[2]
Year 98: Current year^[1]
