|“||Elsie is a feisty young lass who grew up in Sandrock. As the daughter of the yakmel ranch family, she has a special connection to animals. Lively, full of vigor and passion, her emotions come and go quickly. She hates to see anyone bullied and is a very loyal friend.||„|
|— In-game bio|
Elsie is the daughter of Cooper, a rancher, and his wife Mabel. Elsie is a highly energetic, unpredictable young lady and a capable horseback rider. She seems to be wary of newcomers and the player, however is unable to refuse Mi-an, even trying out new activities around Sandrock with her. She also seems to have a love for shiny objects and relics.
Elsie has strawberry red hair, fair skin and purple eyes. Her default outfit is a yellow and white crop t-shirt, high-waisted black shorts with a brown belt, dark brown laced boots, a worn brown messenger cap, along with a light blue bandana, grey finger-less gloves and elbow protectors.
Elsie has living family in Sandrock in the form of her parents, Cooper and Mabel, and is also friends with Mi-an.
Elsie is one of the potential bachelorettes that can be befriended and romanced. The player can confess their love to her with a Heart Knot (Note: romantic options are still limited and marriage is not yet available!).
- Send gifts through the mail sometimes
- There is a 4% chance to receive a letter from Elsie every morning with 3 Jerky attached.
It's been blisternin' out lately, hasn't it? Wish them cattle could just wrangle themselves sometimes. Luckily, my old man's been dryin' out a whole mess of jerky to keep our spirits up, here, try some for yourself!
Chat is a basic social interaction available at any relationship level. Chatting with Elsie once a day can increase the relationship by 1 point; subsequent chatting, on the same day, only results in the same conversation without any relationship gain.
Elsie's dialogue may change every day and every season. Elsie may also comment about certain events or missions. Higher relationship levels, including romantic involvement, also change Elsie's dialogue.
- Elsie can be given one gift per day. Giving the same gift every day for several days may result in diminishing rewards.
- Every giftable item in the game has a base point value when gifted. The Neutrals row of the table below only lists neutral items that give an increased reward compared to their base value.
- The quality of items gifted may affect the relationship points gained, with higher quality items giving extra points.
- Birthdays and festival days do not affect the relationship points gained. However, giving a gift on Elsie's birthday will give a unique dialogue.

Desires are gifts Elsie has a chance to ask the player for. The player has to be at least associates with Elsie in order for her to be assigned a desire.
If Elsie has a desire, gifting the wanted item will give the higher tier points; otherwise the item gives the base point value. The item's quality is taken into account when fulfilling a desire; gifting Elsie a higher quality item will yield more relationship points.
