Elsie is the daughter of Cooper, a rancher, and his wife Mabel. Elsie is a highly energetic, unpredictable young lady and a capable horseback rider. She seems to be wary of newcomers and the player, however is unable to refuse Mi-an, even trying out new activities around Sandrock with her.
