Owen is a Sandrock native and owner of the Blue Moon Saloon. Owen is a resident that the player can befriend and eventually marry.

Personal summary[]
Owen inherited the Blue Moon Saloon from his father. The saloon is one of the oldest buildings in Sandrock, once owned by Martle and Mort under the name Hotel Sandrock. Owen’s father renamed it Blue Moon saloon in hopes to give it luck one would only see “once in a blue moon.” every day. Owen loves reciting stories from the Old World and having live performances at his saloon."[1] He also enjoys sandfishing, sandsurfing and chatting with his customers. People see him as very helpful to others.[1]
Owen can most often be found working with the Blue Moon Saloon, around the stage, or in front of City hall.
Physical appearance[]
Owen has black hair buzzed on the side with hints of grey, a warmer skin tone and light blue eyes. His default outfit is a worn light green cloak over leather shoulder accessories, a blue vest with golden details, and a long sleeve orange shirt with yellow and white stripes. He wears dirt-stained dark green pants with a large leather belt, bag, and holsters, along with lace up brown boots.

Owen is one of the potential bachelors that can be befriended and romanced.[1] The player can confess their love to him with a Heart Knot. (Note: romantic options are still limited and marriage is not yet available!).
