Brown wooden or white glowing chests that are prizes or found in the ruins and caves that may or may not be associated with missions.

Knowledge Tree Options (⁠⁠Gathering ~ Treasure Knowledge)

• Level 1 - Icons can be seen on the main and mini map to indicate unopened chests in the area around the players current location.
• Level 2 - Gain 8% chance to get a large amount of Gols. The contents listed are the base results without this being applied.

Overview

• The chests contain various items for crafting or to sell and are free for the player to take.
• Some require cleaning with a ⁠⁠Feather Duster before opening.
• Try using a ⁠⁠Throwing Rock or the Vintage Pistol to obtain the hard to reach chests.
• Most helpful in the early part of the game as resources are yet to be found.
• Spawn only once. Contents may be random.
• Opening chests does not require stamina.
• Once opened, the treasure chests can be salvaged for materials by using an axe.
• Salvaging the chests requires stamina.
